The Field Manager will ensure all the work is completed with the highest quality per builder and customer expectations. Skills & Qualifications Level I · Clean driving record and valid license · Entry level computer skills and knowledge of basic systems and applications and use of handheld devices and tablets. · Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization. · Ability to utilize basic math skills to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, linear feet, yardage, and square footage. · Ability to read and comprehend plans, builder communications, training materials, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. · Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. · 1 year of experience Level II: · All Qualifications in Level I plus: · Must have experience leading a team or crew in a construction environment. · 4 years of experience in multiple trades to include tile, wood, vinyl, carpet, countertops, and cabinets Level III: · All Qualifications in Level II plus: · 7 years of experience in multiple trades to include tile, wood, vinyl, carpet, countertops, and cabinets Essential Functions Level I: o Shadow experienced Field Manager to learn inspection process. o Manage Team and Installation process on job sites during construction. Track and manage materials while ensuring quality installations and providing a high level of service to internal and external customers. o Coordinate with independent contractors to ensure work is completed timely and accurately per builder timelines and requirements on construction sites. Ensures that all safety and OSHA regulations are communicated to staff. o Other duties as assigned Level II: o All Functions included in Level I plus: o Oversee and manage the installations to include inspections and quality control as well as how materials are measured and installed. o Other duties as assigned Level III: o All Functions included in Level II plus: o Train new Field Managers as needed with progress reports to the Area Manager. o Assist the Customer Service Department as necessary as ILG field expert. o Ensure trainees exceed ILG Quality Assurance industry expectations. o Other duties as assigned Pay range: $26-$29/hour plus company vehicle and benefits If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!
