REPORTS TO: Operations Manager POSITION TYPE: Non-Exempt position

QUALIFICATION:College Degree or equivalent certifications required. Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving history. Exemplary cutting-edge design skills, effective communication, and organizational skills.

CORE DUTIES:

• Design and creation of Custom arrangements (Orchids & Succulents)
• Train team of production and special services
• Follow and manage production, install and Holiday Calendar

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Manage production and preparations of all Holiday Decorations
• Manage refurbishments all existing holiday customer décor
• Manage design and assembly of all new customer Holiday décor
• Manage the upkeeping of Holiday and Moss wall supplies and materials
• Production /Preparation of all Moss walls
• Design and assemble moss walls
• Organize, store and gather inventory for moss, containers and additional material in stock
• Research Holiday, floral, and moss wall ideas
• Attend and contribute to design team meeting
• Work with team to re-design expired Holiday contracts
• Work with team to create new cutting-edge ideas
• Manage inventory of all orchid decorations and supplies
• Production / preparations of rotational orchid blooming accounts
• Ensure the customer site is clean and orderly throughout visit, no water, waste or debris left behind
• Wear complete, clean and neat uniform each day
• Attend all meetings as required
• Complete all required training programs
• Follow all state and/or local guidelines for operating a vehicle during business hours
• Follow all state and/or local guidelines for breaks and overtime requirements
• Communicate any equipment breakdown or failure

Work Environment:
The team member may be subject to one or more of the following environmental conditions.

• Outdoor Environmental Conditions: Rain, sleet, snow, ice, extreme heat or cold temperatures, wind, etc.
• Hazards Conditions: exposure to heavy lifting, and working with sharp tools.
• Atmospheric conditions: Dust, dirt, water.
• Driving Conditions: May be required to drive in rain, snow

Physical Demands:
The team member may be required to perform one or more of the following functions on a day to day basis, Climbing, Reaching, Kneeling, Crouching, Walking, Pushing, Pulling and lifting up to 50-80 Pounds.
Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to pass drug test
• Ability to pass background check by state laws
• Ability to speak fluent English

Education/ Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer focused environment
• Knowledge of Corporate Holiday Decor beneficial but not required

Pay:

• $47,840 - $62,400 annual salary
