As a Medical Staffing Specialist , here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do :

  • Assist our Facility Staffing Director in ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards
  • Schedule staff and improve the process of facility scheduling for facility staffing services
  • Assist with Interviews and personnel selection
  • Verify documentation on employee’s schedules
  • Assist with office functions such as processing weekly payroll
  • Act as a customer services representative for our facility staffing clients and employees
  • Assist with Business development and contracts

A few must-haves for Medical Staffing Specialist :

  • One (1) year experience in health care, temporary staffing or related industry preferred.
  • Experience scheduling is a plus.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Requires excellent customer service skills.
  • Business development and sales experience preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
  • Proven organization skills and detail orientation
  • Have a positive attitude and be motivated to help others.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines.
