Interim HealthCare®, the nation’s first home care company, is hiring Home Health Registered Nurse Case Managers who want to experience nursing on a whole new level, where care is personal and the perks are exceptional. The RN Case Manager will be based out of our South Portland, ME office While Registered Nurse candidates seeking full-time opportunities are preferred, we are open to discussing part-time and per diem options if desired! We kindly request that only candidates residing in the state of Maine apply at this time. 

Pay: $36-$40/hour

Location: Greater South Portland Area

Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)

Job Requirements of the Registered Nurse Case Manager:

  • Valid Nursing License (RN) in the State of Maine
  • 2 years of experience in skilled care preferred
  • 1 year of experience in nursing supervision preferred
  • Recent wound care experience preferred
  • Current CPR BLS Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim Healthcare)
  • Reliable transportation

*A Sign on Bonus of $5,000 is offered to RN Case Managers that have two years of current nursing experience working at least 30 hours per week. After 90 days of employment 20% of the sign on bonus will be paid out. The remaining sign on bonus will be paid after 6 months of employment.
