Interim HealthCare is currently seeking Registered Nurses who can effectively manage their schedules. As part of our collaborative Home Care Team, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule and provide exceptional care to our patients. Job Responsibilities:

- Providing one-on-one patient care
- Arranging daily and weekly schedules
- Coordinating care for better outcomes
- Conducting a variety of home visits, which may include wound care, medication checks, IV infusion, and assessments
- Properly charting electronic records

Job Requirements:

- RN License
- Excellent communication skills
- 1 year of experience
- Current CPR card
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
