Interim HealthCare - FL Panhandle is Hiring a Home Health Aide (Mon-Fri!!) Near Fort Walton Beach, FL

URGENTLY HIRING FOR THE BAKER AREA!!

Caregiver provide hands-on care, report changes in client’s condition, and provide activities of daily living as assigned to clients in the home setting as permitted by the policies and regulations.

Home Health Aide needed in the Destin and Niceville areas to assist the elderly and/or disabled

  • Assists with bathing, grooming, toileting, and adequate nutritional intake.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy environment for the client.
  • Assists clients with shopping, meal preparation, socialization activities, medication reminders, and light housekeeping tasks.
  • Documents observations, activities and care/services provided in an accurate, complete and timely manner.

Working Conditions & Physical Effort:

  • Able to travel within geographic area serviced by office from assignment to assignment.
  • Work is normally performed in patient’s home.
  • Able to constantly stand, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and reach freely.
  • Able to frequently lift, reposition, and transfer clients/patients.
  • Able to frequently carry bundles such as groceries and laundry up or down stairs and lift with or without assistance.
  • Medium physical activity that may require frequent lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling up to 50 lbs.
