Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan Delivery routes
• Updates logistics software based on routes
• Dispatch drivers to perform deliveries
• Prepare require documents for deliveries
• Track and update status of all delivery orders in real-time
• Supervise all deliveries and driver’s performance using Samsara
• Provide and control logistics supplies
• Receive emergency and non-emergency calls from drivers
• Call customers to anticipate them from a future delivery
• Create delivery reports required by the logistics manager
• Keep track of errors and problems during deliveries
• Coordinate drayage requirements with service provider
• Monitor driver logs
• Schedule pickups for customer returns
• Scan signed packing lists and distribute customer payments to sales department

Job Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of related experience
• Experience using Samsara Software
