Intercruises Port Operations USA Inc. is Hiring a Remote Port Operations Agent

If you are dynamic, results and quality customer service oriented, this position is for you. As a Port Operations Agent, you will be attending to cruise ship’s operational and administrative needs. Based in San Pedro, CA.

ABOUT THE JOB

Make arrangements for all the services associated with each vessel call including but not limited to pilots, stevedores, clearance with government officials, and provisioning.
Day of ship day attendance, either Friday or Mondays from 0600-1600hrs.
Manage the vessel operations for the port call and resolve daily incidences.
Organize transportation and hotels for crew members.
On-call duties as assigned.
Reply and attend to all communication received from the ship and vendors relating to the ship calls.
Job can be partially remote once determined by your manager.

ABOUT YOU

Excellent communication skills.
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Able to work independently and stay on task with little oversight.
Good office administration and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook.
Heavy customer service background.
Must have reliable transportation.
Ability to lift 50lbs
Ability to obtain a TWIC card for pier access: https://www.tsa.gov/twic
