Position Overview: Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence? We are seeking a Hotel Manager to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel. As the second-in-command, you will work closely with the Regional Operations Executive/General Manager to maximize profitability, ensure superior service, and maintain product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the hotel staff, providing direction and support to achieve departmental strategies and goals.
• Recommend and initiate staffing and human resources-related actions, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Ensure all staff members are properly trained and equipped to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Executive/General Manager to develop and implement financial and operational plans that support company objectives.
• Oversee various hotel functions including front office, food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and sales.
• Foster positive owner relationships and provide ongoing updates and status reports.
• Interact with guests, owners, vendors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
• Make recommendations for capital improvements and enhancements to drive brand loyalty.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Four to six years of general management experience in a high-level operations role or prior general management experience.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, lifting items, and using a keyboard.
• Willingness to travel for workshops, conferences, etc.
