We are currently seeking a Senior Clinical Manager to work directly with the Director of Residential & Specialty Programs to oversee the clinical effectiveness of all clinical services in FreshSTART and Community Homes. They will also provide comprehensive supervision to all FreshSTART Clinicians and Community Homes Clinicians working in 24/7 residential programs with youth ages 5-17. The Senior Clinical Manager also provides coverage of individual, group, and family therapy sessions when clinicians are absent.

Education and Experience Required: Master's in Social Work or Counseling, at least two years' experience working with children or adolescents. Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) registered with the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health Professions.
