Northern and Southern California, CAThis role reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and works collaboratively with the senior leaders of the organization and the various division heads with emphasis on developing a comprehensive pipeline with property and casualty brokers, cross-selling new products/services to existing clients, and generating ideas to respond to client needs and improving the new business ratio of private entity portfolio. Duties shall include developing production and sales goals in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer and consulting with organizational leaders and division heads. This position will also be instrumental in coordinating the company’s marketing and sales strategy within the broker & carrier marketplace, expanding market share, and implementing winning sales strategies that enable the organization to achieve its sales goals. Growth strategy can be new geographical area, product diversification or exploring change in client demographics by understanding and predicting customer purchasing trends.
