InterAction24 LLC is Hiring an EHS Manager Near Richmond, CA

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Duties:
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and policies
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents, incidents, or near misses to determine root causes
- Provide training and development on safety procedures for employees
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
- Manage workers' compensation claims and collaborate with insurance providers
- Maintain first aid supplies and emergency response plans
- Fabricate safety signs or equipment as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and workers' compensation law
- Strong understanding of EHS principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
