【MAIN JOB DUTIES】

• Collaborate with other departments and external companies for work handover;
• Order trucks and warehouse equipment (such as forklifts) and parts;
• Manage parts and consumables inventory;
• Contact supervisors for feedback or assistance as needed;
• Evaluate quotes from suppliers for purchase, repair, and leasing;
• Developing and maintaining a schedule for routine maintenance plans for equipment to minimize downtime and optimize performance.;
• Promptly answering calls from drivers, co-workers, and suppliers, and providing assistance in addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

【JOB REQUIREMENTS】

• Proficiency in reading and comprehending simple documents in both English and Chinese languages;
• Strong communication skills, with a preference for candidates who are proficient in both English and Chinese;
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, fostering cooperation and effective teamwork;
• Familiarity with computer operations and proficient use of Microsoft Office applications;
• Physical capability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects weighing up to 50 lbs. at a time.

• Experience in repairing and maintaining trucks and forklifts;
