Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehousing and Distribution Manager at Inter-Faith Food Shuttle. The Warehousing and Distribution Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and quality control. They will work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to food safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, or related field
• Knowledge of inventory management systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field (preferred)
