IMMEDIATE OPENING for a Laborer Position on 1st and 2nd Shift!
Hours for 1st shift are Monday through Friday 5:00am to 3:30pm
Hours for 2nd shift hours are Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am.
Pay Range for the Laborer is $16.50 to $18.00 per hour.

Essential Functions for Laborer Include:

• Read and interrupt work instructions.
• Participate in all on-the-job training
• Load and unload items from machines.
• Follow and comply with facility work rules, and all company and safety policies and procedures
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock
• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders
• Operate machinery used in the production process, or assist machine operators.
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Start machines or equipment to begin production processes.
• Solid work history is required to be considered.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the Laborer Include:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read a tape measure is required.
• Must have good verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and make decisions.
