Hiring Now for a Part-Time Salesperson!
Hours for the Retail Salesperson are flexible: 25 - 35 hours a week. Day Shift!
Rate of Pay for the Part-Time Retail Salesperson is $15.00 per hour
Essential Functions for the Retail Salesperson Include the Following:

• Greet customers when they walk through the door.
• Build rapport through conversation and honest recommendations.
• Ring up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer's order if needed.
• Invite customers to search the company's website for coupons and other ways to save money.
• Inform customers of any extra charges if necessary.
• Invite the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one.
• Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times.

Minimum Required Qualifications for the Retail Salesperson Include the Following:

• Familiarity with POS (point of sale) systems and the ability to learn new technologies.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening.
• Cheerful working attitude.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Ability to upsell.
• Solid work history is required to be considered.
