We are seeking a dynamic individual who can perform the role of Human Resource Administrator for our US team. You will be involved in all aspects of the Employee life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience managing the whole employee life cycle from hiring, onboarding, answering all employee concerns and questions and termination meetings.
  • Fully manage all aspects of our HR platform and experience running Payroll
  • Able to manage all aspects of our company Benefits for medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, Life and Flexible savings accounts including renewals and changes.
  • Experience of 401k benefits management and administration in ADP
  • Answer all employee questions regarding benefits including management of qualifying life events and how that impacts employee coverage and costs.
  • Maintain and update our Company Handbook
  • Have experience and knowledge of the requirements and laws for each new State when we have new employees join the company in a new state.
  • Ability to monitor the Labor law requirements for each state and update as changes occur.
  • Have recruitment experience for technical positions with software engineering and AI companies.
  • Manage our Sales advisors with contracting, onboarding/offboarding and invoice administration.
  • Proficient computer skills and demonstrated experience with office software and email applications.
  • Demonstrated success in following through and completing routine tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Qualifications:

License/Certification - SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
