We're seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and technical Product Manager with a genuine passion for building products. What You'll Do:

• Own feature/product development from conception to launch.
• Write detailed product briefs and requirements that clearly articulate the customers' needs and prioritize the details to build a solution.
• Review and prioritize customer feedback and transform it into product requirements.
• Define and analyze metrics to understand feature adoption and guide the development of new and existing features.
• Foster effective and proactive communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Exhibit resilience in the face of obstacles and the ability to solve problems independently.
• Contribute to business model innovation and drive product growth.

Requirements
What We're Looking For:

• 5 years of product management experience, ideally within the AI and/or tax space.
• Deep knowledge and first-hand experience with AI/ML-powered technology products.
• B.S. or M.S., preferably in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
• Entrepreneurial / self-starter mindset who, first and foremost, knows how to get work done in a dynamic startup environment.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and methodologies.
• Experience driving product adoption and measuring critical metrics.
• Ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
• Experience leading in challenging and changing priorities.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working across time zones and diverse cultures.
