Job Description:

Must Haves:

· PFMEA (Process Failure Mode & Effects Analysis) and Control Plan subject matter expertise is critical. This person must be able to lead a team to develop a PFMEA and Control Plan from scratch.

· Understanding of controlled documentation and documentation release processes.

· Able to independently observe, learn, understand, and review manufacturing process to aid in development of PFMEA / Control Plan documents.

· Team Work. Must be able to perform this work independently while also interfacing with a team as needed for documentation development.

· This person must own the work they are taking on. I need an individual contributor not a project manager.

Skills:

· Experience: 10 preferred so that the skills needed are cemented in their work experience.

· Problem Solving - Solves problems using a systematic analysis process by leveraging industry standard methodologies to create problem traceability and protect the customer; determines the assignable cause; implements robust, data-based solutions; identifies the systemic root causes and recommended actions to prevent problem reoccurrence.

· Education, Licenses, Certifications

· Education/Experience should include:

· Bachelor Degree in Engineering preferred. Require 10 years’ experience in a relevant process manufacturing environment

· Strong history with manufacturing processes, documentation, PFMEA, and Process Control
