Intelligent Waves is growing rapidly and has an outstanding new opportunity for a Senior Technology Enabled Analyst to work on an important technical program for a major DoD organization headquartered in Reston, VA. This contract was awarded recently and is expanding rapidly over the next few months.

Location: This position is based in Reston, VA

Travel: Possible CONUS travel up to 10%

Remote Schedule: Will work as part of an overall team to provide needed coverage and support with remote work capability according to mission schedules.

Security Clearance: Must be a United States Citizen and hold a current TS/SCI security clearance. 

Employees are required to follow all company and customer site COVID-19 protocols.

Responsibilities

As a technology-enabled analyst on our team, you will be responsible for identifying the customer's data source requirements and applying data reconnaissance techniques. You will build analytical workflows and methodologies using these data sources and create or implement new or existing tools and capabilities.

You will combine information from multiple sources to help your client understand their mission environment more effectively. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills, and share your methodologies with the intelligence community. Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree and 16 years of experience, or a Master's degree and 8 years of experience with intelligence analysis supporting the DoD or an inter-agency customer
• 3 years of experience in programming with Python, R, or JavaScript
• Experience with providing intelligence support to DoD and Inter-Agency partners 
• Experience with intelligence systems, domains, and analytical tools 
• Experience with developing high-quality deliverables tailored to clients, including tactical and strategic levels 
• Ability to manage, clean, condition, and manipulate large data sets for visualization 
• Ability to collaborate and innovate to solve problems 
• Ability to travel when necessary to accommodate client needs 

Desired:

• Experience with Attack the Network Tool Suite and other community tools
• Experience with financial analysis workflows
• Experience with JupyterHub or Jupyter Notebook
• Experience with SQL, REGEX, or API Requests 
• Experience with ArcGIS Online or GEOINT tools 
• Experience with using open-source research tools to support intelligence requirements 
• Experience with providing intelligence support to the special operations community 
• Experience as a data scientist or data analyst using data science tools and practices 
• Knowledge of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts or principles 
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
