Intelligent Waves is growing rapidly and has an outstanding new opportunity for a System Administrator (Tier I) to work on an important technical program for a major DoD organization headquartered in Reston, VA. This contract was awarded recently and is expanding rapidly over the next few months.
Location: This position is based in Reston, VA
Travel: None
Remote Schedule: Will work as part of an overall team to provide needed coverage and support with remote work capability according to mission schedules.
Security Clearance: Must be a United States Citizen and hold a current TS-SCI security clearance.
Employees are required to follow all company and customer site COVID-19 protocols.
The Service Desk Tier I Technician provides technical assistance to customers regarding various hardware and software applications. Their main duties include troubleshooting and diagnosing different technical issues, assessing and understanding user needs and issues and recommending technical fixes to customers.
Salary is dependent on education level years of relevant experience and will be determined by the DOD customer.
