The IT Systems Administrator, sometimes called a Desktop Support Specialist, is a critical contributor to our entire company. With focus on continuous improvement, there are many opportunities for learning along the way. This position requires exceptional customer service ability to assess needs, define requirements, manage tasks, and prioritize work.
In order to support the team with all hardware, software and network needs, the Desktop Support Specialist role is a fully onsite position.

To be successful as a desktop technical support specialist, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:
This desktop IT support specialist position requires manual dexterity for typing, sitting at a desk and looking at a computer screen for long periods of time. In addition, portions of the position may include shadowing of other departments that may require physical activity including lifting 25-35 pounds and standing for long periods of time.
Availability
ONSITE weekly- Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.
Occasional evening or weekend hours will be required for projects that must be done outside of normal business hours. During peak season, flexibility in scheduling will be required.
