- Conduct thorough assessments of students' health status, utilizing strong assessment skills to identify potential issues or concerns.
- Perform screening assessments for hearing, vision, BMI, and scoliosis, accurately documenting findings and communicating results to appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain electronic health records (EHR) accurately and efficiently, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to promote student health and well-being.
- Proficiency in immunizations, with the ability to administer vaccinations safely and effectively.
- Strong assessment skills to evaluate students' health status and identify potential health issues.
- Experience with electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Valid LPN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Previous experience in school health settings is preferred.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desired.
