We own clients' marketing and do it for them so they can have peace of mind that their marketing is done right!

Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator Professional oversees and executes the marketing plans for multiple Integro Clients. They work on-site with the client's employee body in order to establish trust and buy-in and be immersed in the client's brand for accurate representation in marketing campaigns. They implement any systems and processes that are necessary to execute an effective marketing plan for the company. The coordinator will manage all aspects of marketing for his/her assigned clients and provide total peace of mind to the client's leadership team regarding their marketing.

Responsibilities

• Work on-site alongside the rest of the company with intentionality toward being embedded as a client's team member vs. a marketing consultant from an outside agency.
• Manage the different campaigns, produce qualified leads, and build a strong brand for the client.
• Establish marketing analytics for the client that shows trends in marketing efforts that are relevant to established goals and objectives.
• Communicate consistently with the client and make sure we are quick to concisely explain the 'why' behind decisions that are made in marketing to maintain a healthy level of buy-in and client care.
• Provide business value for the client by recognizing, communicating, and acting upon opportunities for marketing to be integrated into other business processes (i.e. sales team CRM).
• Provide excellent client service, resolving any complaints or requests professionally.
• Maintain the company's marketing budget in accordance with the client's yearly marketing plan.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience preferred.
• Multiple years of previous experience in marketing. (Required)
• Knowledgeable in marketing tactics, management, execution, and budgeting.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously and work a flexible schedule.
• Attention to detail and ability to finish projects.
• Strong communication skills.

Schedule:

• 4-8 hour shift per client. 8-hour day.
• Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
