Brent L. Miller Jewelers & Goldsmiths is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator Near Lancaster, PA

OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to support Brent Miller’s marketing and sales strategy. As a key player in our marketing efforts, this position will play a pivotal role in enhancing our overall marketing presence, with a special emphasis on advertising and event planning that define our commitment to personalized luxury.

EXPECTATIONS Specific Tasks/Goals/Responsibilities

ADVERTISING COORDINATOR 

  • Execute collaborative advertising campaigns per Brent Miller’s annual marketing plan.
  • Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars.
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team, and provide instructions for execution.
  • Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.
  • Develop and execute best-in-class email campaign strategies in alignment with our company vision, brand story and a shared goal to increase reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with vendors to create, schedule and deploy all print and digital billboards that are detailed in co-op plans.
  •  Oversee and collaborate with vendors to create, schedule and deploy all print advertising including third party print media and the annual Brent Miller Magazine.
  • Oversee and fulfill customer requests for engagement/anniversary announcements via website, billboards, social media etc.
  • Develop a marketing scorecard and run weekly reports of followers/engagement providing a monthly recap to management.

EVENT COORDINATOR

  • Manage all aspects of event planning, meet strict deadlines, and stay within budget.
  • Nurture and build relationships with vendors, venues, and other industry contacts while crafting and implementing the creative and logistical aspects of all events.
  • Remain current (or ahead of the curve) with trends in event planning, design, and production, and proactively identify and solve operational challenges.
  • Identify, coordinate, and assemble requirements for events by developing schedules, coordinating mailing lists and establishing key contacts.
  • Develop and execute supplemental campaigns related to events.
  • Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and vendors to establish the requirements for an event, and serve as liaison to senior executives, government officials, and industry leaders throughout the planning process.
  • Locate resources, visit sites, and lead pre-event meetings to help staff make decisions about event design.
  • Plan and facilitate logistics for all events, including contract negotiations, guest lists, venue preparation, presentation materials, security, catering, entertainment, transportation, equipment, decor, and marketing materials.

SPECIAL PROJECT COORDINATOR

  • Be flexible with the emergence of unplanned interruptions relating to projects and events that need to be planned and executed with short notice.
  • Work closely with our company president on special projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of special projects, maintaining clear communication and alignment.
  • Support the generation of new event ideas and execution of Brent Miller Experiences for VIP clients and stakeholders.

CONTINUING EDUCATION 

  • Participate in vendor hosted training sessions.
  • Complete all online training courses offered as applicable.
  • Participate in internal trainings
  • Complete trade courses as applicable. 
  • Assist with set up and preparation as needed for events.
