Integrity Wellness MD is Hiring a Medical Receptionist Near Charlotte, NC

Are you looking for a position where your skills will be truly appreciated? Would you like to work in an office where a natural approach to health is promoted? Do you believe in medical freedom to pursue optimal health? If so, we need someone like you!

We are a small, independent concierge-style integrative medicine office with a focus on bioidentical hormone therapy. Applications are currently being accepted for the position of Medical Receptionist. This position is part-time, 3 days per week. You will handle front desk duties, including patient check-in and check-out, as well as answering the phone and handling patient portal communications. You will assist with lab ordering and result tracking as well as managing supply inventory. Other clinical and office duties will be assigned by the office manager.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Personable, energetic, and enjoys getting to know and talking to people
  • Responsible and mature, able to provide high quality compassionate customer service
  • Detail oriented, dependable to complete tasks accurately and on time
  • Ability to multi-task, especially regarding answering the phone while assisting patients in the office
  • Values medical freedom and a natural approach to health

Requirements:

  • Able to read, write legibly, and type at least 40 wpm, with impeccable, professional spelling and grammar
  • Able to communicate clearly and professionally on the phone and in person
  • Medical office experience of 2 years minimum
  • Proficient in basic mathematical calculations

The office is located in southwest Charlotte, close to Interstate 485, and has ample free parking.

Hours are approximately 24 per week, but will vary due to practice needs.

Monday 8:30 - 4:30
Tuesday 8:30 – 4:30
Thursday 7:30 – 3:00

As the practice grows, additional hours may be available.

Pay range: $17.00 - $20.00/hr based on applicable experience
