Job Description: Mold Maintenance Technician

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assembles molds according to Group Leader's specifications and line up, fits and functions components
- Spotting of components when necessary to ensure fit according to close tolerance specifications
- Installs, fit and test hot and cold runner systems
- Disassembles molds
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace
- Conducts all work in a safe manner following all safe operating procedures, policies and work procedures set out by Integrity Tool and Mold Tennessee, ISO and OSHA
- Operates overhead crane and forklift to relocate molds
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow direction with minimal clarification or supervision
- Safety training
- Positive attitude towards company in which they are employed
- Works in a professional manner and be mindful of others employees
- Good communication skills
- Standing for extend periods of time
- Work require hours as per current department workload
- Ability to lift or move materials up to 75 lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and other pieces of equipment
- Any other duties that are set out by management
