Duties and Responsibilities:

Use air driven grinders and di-profilers to remove steel stock to get molding areas smooth
Experience in benching
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Work in a safer manner, following all policies and work procedures set out by Integrity Tool and Mold Tennessee
Foster a team-based work environment and train others
Be familiar with and implement the applicable company, department, job-related quality requirements, including procedures, processes, standards, and work instructions
Safety training
Positive attitude towards the company in which they are employed
Working in a professional manner and being mindful of others
Ability to follow direction with minimal supervision
Keen eye for detail
