With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a Top-Secret SCI with polygraph-cleared Mid-Level Technical Writer.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Analysis & Automation Team Technical Writer, you will support End-user Services Architecture, Integration, and Unified Communications teams including Program Managers, Technical Leads, Mission Leads, and Systems Engineers. You will be responsible for the preparation, writing, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with FS Poly required
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
• Six (6) years’ experience as a TW in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Four (4) years of additional TW experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
• Under general direction, write technical copy for various types of documents for a program/project of similar complexity.
• Coordinate layout and design of documents.
• Flexible/easily adaptable within a dynamic work environment that may require surge efforts.

Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:

• Understand basic concepts (including basic grammar concepts), responsible for writing technical copy for various types of documents.
• Ability to Use multiple word processing and presentation tools such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Visio etc.
• Apply concepts for technical writing based on engineering drawings, technical information from engineering documentation, consultations with engineers and subject matter experts, and other available sources.
• Research highly technical subject matter and organize information from multiple sources. Express technical information in written form that is comprehensible to a wide audience of readers.
• Apply technical manual standards to work products.
