General Dentist

We are seeking a qualified General Dentist for an opening at our two local and close-by private practices located in Cape Coral, FL!

Our team provides high-quality, comprehensive care utilizing modern procedures and materials. We take the time to listen to questions and concerns about your dental health and provide up-to-date information and available options for treatment. As a whole, our team provides our friends and patients with long-lasting dentistry in a caring environment!

Compensation Package:

For the General Dentist opening, we offer the following package:

• Between 30% and 32% Of Adjusted Net Production (Negotiable)
• $250,000 to $300,000 Income Potential in First Year
• Daily Guarantee Between $600 and $800 Per Day (Negotiable)
• Choice of 1099 or W2 Position
• Monthly Bonuses
• CE Allowance and Time Off (Negotiable Monies and Number of Days)
• Health and Dental Insurance
• Biweekly Direct Deposit
• Licensure Reimbursement
• Malpractice Reimbursement

Job Responsibilities

• 4 Days a Week Monday through Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM
• No Weekends or Major Holidays
• Working at a 4 Op Private Practice
• 50% PPO and 50% FFS Office with a Very Strong Collection Percentage
• Performing All Aspects of Bread and Butter General Dentistry
• Seeing Between 12 and 20 Patients Per Day (Pending Case)

Job Requirements

• Active and Clear Florida Dental License
• Experience in General Dentistry
• At Least 1 Year of Experience in Either a DSO or Private Practice Setting
• Eaglesoft EMR Experience Preferred - Training Offered!
• Excellent Communication and Verbal Skills
• Experience in Molar Endo or Restoring/Placing Implants A Plus (But Not Required)
• Seeing Mainly Adult Patients 18 Years Old
