Responsibilities:
- Conduct outside sales activities to promote and sell products or services
- Administer sales processes from initial contact through closing deals
- Identify and target potential markets to maximize sales opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Utilize expertise in insurance sales to advise customers on suitable products
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Handle benefits administration for clients as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships

Experience:
- Proven experience in outside sales, sales administration, or related field
- Strong market knowledge and the ability to identify sales opportunities
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to secure favorable deals
- Experience in insurance sales is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for interacting with diverse clients
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and persuasively
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes
- Prior experience in customer service roles is beneficial
