Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties:
- Sell insurance policies to potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance coverage
- Process insurance applications and policy changes
- Handle policy renewals and cancellations
- Collaborate with underwriters to ensure proper coverage for clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Utilize various sales techniques, including telemarketing and outside sales, to reach potential clients
- Analyze client's current coverage and make recommendations for additional coverage as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade clients
- Proficient in sales administration and customer service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred
