Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Specialist to join our team. As a Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This is a critical role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of industry regulations.
Duties:
- Build relationships with Building departments / Zoning departments
- Create accurate site plans with setbacks distances from existing structures and lot lines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a culture of compliance throughout the organization
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Skills:
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to clearly communicate complex information
- Experience in building compliance
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
