We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Installer to join our team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and performing various installation projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in using power tools, hand tools, and working with materials such as lumber and composite.
```Responsibilities```
- Lead and supervise installation projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with clients and project managers to ensure project requirements are met
- Removing of existing decks and installing new decks with our exclusive
composite decking line
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete installations
- Repair or replace damaged components when necessary
- Ensure installations are completed within the designated timeframe
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Other duties as assigned

- Strong knowledge of remodeling techniques and practices
- Experience working with power tools and hand tools
- Measure and cut material acturally
- Knowledge of framing and finishing techniques
