Part Time Interviewer

We are looking for a part time interviewer. Job Profile and Description

The Interviewer performs initial interviews of prospective candidates for vacant positions by telephone. The objective is to shortlist the candidate for further interviews and to share more information about the job opportunity with the candidate. The interviewer provides an initial impression of the company to the applicant and provides their own initial impression of the applicant to the Director of Recruiting for further interviews.

HR Interviewer Duties and Responsibilities

· Contact applicants and utilize a recruiting script to connect with the applicant and ask questions of them in accordance with standards procedure as defined by the company

· Provide additional information about the position to the applicant

· Contact individuals to be interviewed by telephone, text message, and email (occasionally)

· Keep track of recruiting activity (stats) daily and enter stats online daily

· Complete biweekly timesheet

· Attend recruiting team Zooms throughout the Month

HR Interviewer Skills and Specifications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Exhibit courteous, professional, and pleasant personality

· Has computer proficiency in the use of word processing, text messaging, and spreadsheets

· Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with supervisors and interviewees

· Interviewer will be coachable

· Must have laptop or equivalent, ear buds, Wi-Fi

HR Interviewer Salary

The hourly rate for an Interviewer starts at $15.00 per hour with an opportunity to earn an additional dollar per month for the first 5 months if goals are achieved. We are looking for someone to work 15-hours per week to start. The interviewer would be expected to interview multiple people per week and provide further information to at least 30 of them. At least a 30% return rate on the applicants sent more information is strongly encouraged. Email, stats page, script, etc. are all provided to the interviewer along with training by the Director of Recruiting and fellow interviewers.

Work Location

Interviewer has the ability to work from home within the state of Georgia. Occasional in person meetings may be requested with the agency owner, Director of Recruiting, team, etc.
