Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper and Maintenance Professional/ Handyman to work for us between two owned properties. You will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of our properties including landscaping/gardening/painting/general maintenace and all other tasks around the property to keep the property in best condition possible.

Duties:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and facilities
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues or hazards
- Repair or replace broken or faulty fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, faucets, toilets, and drains
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing wiring issues
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Install or repair flooring, tiles, and carpets
- Assist with landscaping duties, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete tasks efficiently

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures
- Experience in landscape maintenance and groundskeeping
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and garden care
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various fixtures and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
