We’re searching for an enthusiastic professional for our next sales development representative who is ready to prospect new customers to help support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn potential customer prospects into qualified leads. We need someone who can use social media to find prospects and start building relationships with them. Our ideal candidate has previously worked in a customer service or sales role, is an excellent dealmaker, and loves talking to people on the phone and in person. $55,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:

• Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails
• Locate and generate lucrative sales leads for our company's salesforce to pursue and ultimately close
• Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations
• Maintain a close watch for what the competition is offering, and build a plan to sell to prospects

Qualifications:

• You are an organized, detail oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals
• Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Successful experience providing customer service preferred
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
