You’ll love coming to work every day if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following tasks for which a Receptionist/Scheduler/Administrator is responsible:

  • First Impressions, Phone & In-Person
  • Service Ticket Triage
  • Proactive Service Ticket Follow up
  • Other Administrative Duties as Needed

As a Receptionist/Scheduler/Administrator, you’ll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to perform the following things:

  • Provide friendly and helpful interactions with clients via phone and in-person.
  • Process high volume of calls and emails, ensure all get served efficiently; create service tickets and schedule the work for others.
  • Proactive follow up support to support tickets, follow up with clients and service technicians.
  • Observe service level agreements (SLAs) and adjust service schedule accordingly and as needed.
  • Maintain overall view of service tickets and work with technical team to meet resolution objectives.

  • Keep service tickets updated and progressing towards prompt resolution.
  • Meet SLAs.
  • Maintain low average ticket resolution time.

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
