POSITION PURPOSE
The responsibility of the QA Test Analyst is to work with Project Managers and testers from the business along with the developers and IT to ensure proper test environments and tools are made available and to assist the business through the testing of new enhancements, projects and technology delivery. The QA Test Analyst’s role is critical to ensuring environments are scheduled and for keeping testing flowing effectively and efficiently through the various test lanes, escalating any scheduling and prioritization conflicts which may arise. In addition, the goal is to continually improve our library of automated and manual tools and processes to ensure we are always improving.
