Description:
Position: HR Representative-Admin
Location: Huntington IN Onsite
Duration: 6 Months
Pay rate : $30/hr on W2
Responsibility:
- Candidate Sourcing and Development:
- Build a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels.
- Utilize knowledge of the company and specific job requirements to identify strong candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications.
- Recommend only qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to understand their needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective search strategies for open positions.
- Recruiting Process Management:
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage key sources for sourcing qualified candidates.
- Screen, distribute, and track resumes efficiently.
- Conduct phone interviews and recommend next steps to hiring managers.
- Follow up with hiring managers and candidates after interviews.
- Offer and Closing:
- Extend job offers to chosen candidates.
- Manage the process of closing accepted candidates.
