i3 is in search of a Front Office Coordinator (First Impression Specialist) who will champion our values and help us continue our tradition of extraordinary service. As a friendly, outgoing, and cheerful front desk professional, you will be responsible for creating the First Impression of i3 by greeting and welcoming visitors, answering our busy phone, and routing calls to the correct individual or department. You will become familiar with our customers, and they will look forward to interacting with you. When you aren't answering phones, you will be happy to pitch in and complete projects/tasks for various members of our team including ordering lunches, coordinating mailings, and distributing packages, among various other duties.
You should be prepared to enjoy a day filled with much activity. You must be reliable and have excellent follow-through qualities.You are expected to be a highly organized multi-tasker who will:
