Responsibilities Act as a technology subject matter expert on HR systems and interdependencies. In collaboration with HR Operations, become an expert in Intapp’s HR processes and systems Work with business stakeholders to understand their goals and needs and help define the system solutions Act as a solution consultant that deeply understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting tech stack Responsible for owning HRIS configuration - configure fields, workflows, roles/permissions, custom rules, reports, and dashboards Assist with ensuring proper flow, security, and compliance of HR-related information into and out of HR Information Systems. Help maintain HR and payroll data integrity in the systems by running queries, analyzing data, and creating and running various audits. Pair understanding of business with your deep systems expertise to provide strategic roadmaps Look ahead to identify delivery needs based on roadmap and work to address them Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on track Deliver solutions that successfully translate desired business outcomes Document business process requirements and partner with system administrators to design thoughtful solutions Effectively negotiate scope and timeline with business leads Manage execution of projects throughout all phases of our development lifecycle Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of critical HR business systems including Workday. Triaging and resolving production support issues and implementing small enhancement requests Create test scenarios and assist in performing tests to ensure all processes work according to predetermined goals. Manage and create documentation around system configuration, changes, support, and requirements for compliance and scale. Support IT compliance requirements, such as SOX, information security, GDPR and others Requirements Experience with 2 major HRIS/Workday implementations or upgrades Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes for international operations as well as intra and inter-departmental functions and interdependencies Administration and/or implementation experience with Workday HCM in a public company Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across departments Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and the ability to serve multiple customers and deliver an excellent experience.
