Salary Postion: $65,000-$70,000 depending on experience

We are seeking a Lead Estimator to join our team at our facility located in Tualatin, OR, 97062. The ideal candidate will have experience in sheet metal fabrication and a strong background in estimating projects. This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment.

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates for sheet metal fabrication projects
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate estimates
• Review and analyze cost factors to provide competitive bids
• Track and monitor project costs throughout the fabrication process
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing and quotes

• 3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication
• Strong background in estimating and project management
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
