Vocational Coordinator - Omaha

Integrated Life Choices is seeking a Vocational Coordinator for the Omaha area to help oversee the management staff and direct services for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are seeking a people-oriented leader with great communication and organizational skills to manage the daily operations of these services.

The Coordinator is responsible for:

• Overseeing managers and locations of those managers in Omaha, including training, coordination, and evaluations
• Overseeing both vocational and supported services programs
• Ensuring the managers and locations are in compliance with ILC policies and procedures, state and federal regulations relating to support of individuals with Developmental Disabilities
• Assisting with interviewing, hiring, and training direct support staff and managers
• Approving all programs ensuring the policies are followed, safety plans, positive support plans, activities, hope, and dreams, etc., and/or writes, reviews, updated as needed. Ensuring all assessments have been completed and attached to the programs.

Requirements

Qualified applicants MUST:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field from a four-year college or university,
• Have 2 or more years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Have supervisor/manager experience
• Be at least 20 years of age, and have the ability to work an on-call rotation.
• Successfully complete and pass all background checks.
