Description
Shared Living Assistant
Summary: The Shared Living Assistant is pivotal in supporting the Shared Living Coordinators (SLCs) with a variety of tasks to ensure the shared living department meets the expectations of Integrated Life Choices (ILC) and the regulations set forth by DHHS Nebraska.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
· Assist with reconciling petty cash ledgers and personal finances of individuals supported.
· Support the preparation and review of initial Therap monthly reports, ensuring programs meet ILC standards and habilitation guidelines are being met.
· Conduct regular data checks and assist with the billing process.
· Contribute to the creation of programs for new intakes.
· Collect required items from guardians or service coordination for new intakes.
· Pre-screen Shared Living Provider applications.
· Collaborate closely with SLCs to fulfill daily, weekly, monthly, and annual duties effectively and accurately.
· Any other duties assigned by ILC.

Education/Knowledge, and Skills Required or Desired:
High school diploma or GED
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in administrative support or related fields preferred
Experience in Therap preferred
Complete and pass all required registry and background checks
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should know email software, word processing software; spreadsheet software, payroll systems, and Therap software.
