PBX operatorJob Summary:
Receives and relays incoming and outgoing telephone calls from internal and external customers. Provides directory information to inquirers and transfers calls as appropriate to ensure prompt and efficient communication. Handle high level of call volume to ensure efficiency.
PBX operator Knowledge & Experience:

• Highly effective oral communication skills, ability to speak English/Spanish clearly
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
• Knowledge of or ability to learn operation of PBX Communication System
• Ability to resolve complaints in a positive manner
• Excellent listening skills and a high attention to detail
• MS Office skills

Pay Rate & Schedule:

• $15-$17/hour (DOE)
• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 am -5:00pm
