Integrated Healthcare Systems is Hiring a Clinical Director Near Riviera, FL
IHCS is seeking an experienced Clinical Director 3-5 years experience as a supervisor working with a community behavioral health facility.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Direct Supervision of Therapist/Interns/Volunteers and supportive clinical staff;
- Conduct new admissions screenings and interviews;
- Direct Care to Clients: Manage a caseload of 7 clients;
- Conduct monthly clinical staffing meetings;
- Review and sign-off of clinical notes of all non-license supervisees and clinical staff;
- Daily oversight of clinical schedules for supervisees including managing time off and openings in schedule
- Conduct monthly chart audits;
- Interview new clinical staff/interns and ensure over-sight of new onboarding training;
- Conduct performance evaluations according to company policies;
- Participate in company meetings when applicable;
Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker/Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Psychologist;
- Must be able to pass a level 1 & 2 background screening
- Must be Medicaid/Medicare eligible and enrolled;
- Must have a minimum of 5 years as a Supervisor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Choose your own hours
- No weekends
- On call
Ability to Relocate:
- Riviera Beach, FL 33404: Relocate before starting work (Required)
