We are looking for a full time, Accounting Clerk to work for our well-established company in Alsip. Integrated Electrical Services is a full-service electrical contractor that specializes in commercial and industrial projects and services. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Answer incoming telephone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Code documents according to company procedures
• Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found
• Match service tickets with invoices, and record the necessary information
• Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, records and other entries
• Various administrative tasks such as processing documents, faxing, filing and data entry
• Comply with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently
• Must have solid general office skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to operate office equipment and technology
