Job Description

Our busy dermatology office is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist!

Duties: 

• ‪Answering the multiple-line phone system
• Checking patients in and out
• Scanning records
• Faxing Referrals/Record Management
• Cash handling
• Scheduling

Qualifications: 

• Ability to multitask
• Customer service skills
• Team player
• Patient
• Must have computer skills
• EMR experience is required

Job Type:

• Full-time: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday 7:30 am - 12:30 pm on Friday
• In April we will be going to 5 full days with a full day on Friday

Experience:

• 1 year experience as a Medical Receptionist is required
• Experience utilizing EMR is required

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent GED is required
• Associate degree is preferred

Pay:

• Pay starts at $18.00 per hour and increases with years of experience
