The Opportunity

We are a growing manufacturer’s rep firm based in Florida that represents commercial HVAC products. We are currently seeking a Parts Warehouse Coordinator responsible for shipping & receiving, maintaining accurate inventory, and making off-site customer deliveries. Must have attention to detail, be customer service oriented and work well with others. This position needs a self-motivated team player who can be an active part of our team and seeks remedies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Shipping, receiving & stocking of warehouse inventory.
• Loads and unloads shipments using basic warehouse equipment: forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, etc.
• Makes deliveries in a company-supplied vehicle.
• Pulls and stages customer orders for ship-out, delivery, and will-call.
• Accurately accounts for items and quantities, for inbound and outbound materials.
• Executes inventory counts as needed.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team as required, while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintains a clean, orderly work area and follows established safety protocols.
• Warehouse and facilities light maintenance
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Flexibility to work overtime/ weekends, as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Moderate PC skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to acquire and maintain a forklift operator’s license.

Environmental Requirements

Will be required to work in an office environment and possibly, occasionally in the field.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to operate the computer keyboard and telephone, reach with hands and arms. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
